What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

That depends on where it is going.  When you checkout, you will be provided with accurate shipping charges and delivery information, so you will know with confidence what your order will cost.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

PIXELFACTION accepts all major payment methods – Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Stripe, Apple Pay, Paypal, and more.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed as soon as they are received.  Product item, warehouse stocking, and printing process effects the overall timing of the specific delivery date.  In general, delivery can take anywhere between 5 and 12 days.  You will be informed of the status of your order all along the way.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes, our online shop is secure.  We use up-to-date SSL encryption to make sure your transaction and financial information is secure.  We use 3rd party payment processors to handle payment fulfillment, so we do not store your payment information on our servers.

PIXELFACTION does not share your personal information with anyone.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After your order is received we send the order to our fulfillment warehouse.  Your product gets printed by our fulfillment center and is then packaged for shipping.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an email invoice as soon as your order is processed.  You will also receive emails throughout the process to keep you informed of where your products are in the process.
